This image shows Amsterdam’s Dam Square on a cold February morning. It has been glitched using the BMP image format, producing several versions, which then were assembled in Photoshop into one final image.
The structures and signs of life, such as pedestrians or pigeons frequenting the square, mesh together in a chaotic critical moment, being rearranged into smears of a vibrating pattern echoing some destructive force behind the event.
The original 6′ x 4′ mounted print has been SOLD.
